Terms & Conditions – CK Traders Organic and Herbs (Import–Export)

By accessing our website (www.cktraders.in), purchasing products, or engaging in any trade with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Us

CK Traders Organic and Herbs is engaged in the sourcing, manufacturing, and trading of premium organic herbal powders, spices, and natural health products for domestic and international markets.

  • We hold all necessary certifications for import–export operations.

  • All our products are carefully sourced, processed, and tested to meet global quality standards.

2. Product Information

  • All products are 100% natural and organic, free from artificial additives.

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and details, but minor variations may occur due to batch differences or international packaging requirements.

  • Product images are for representation purposes; actual packaging, labeling, and language may vary depending on destination country.

3. Orders & Payments

  • For domestic orders, payment must be made in full before dispatch.

  • For export orders, payment terms will be as per the Proforma Invoice (PI) — typically Advance TT (Telegraphic Transfer) or LC (Letter of Credit).

  • Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed.

  • All international payments must be made in USD/EUR/GBP/INR via authorized banking channels.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic Deliveries: Orders are shipped within 2–5 working days via Delhivery or other reputed couriers.

  • International Deliveries: Shipments are dispatched via air freight, sea freight, or express couriers (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, etc.) within 7–15 working days after payment confirmation and export documentation clearance.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination country, customs clearance, and carrier policies.

  • CK Traders is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, strikes, port congestion, or natural calamities.

  • All international shipments are subject to Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) as agreed upon in the order contract.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • For domestic sales, only defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement, and claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

  • For international sales, returns are generally not accepted due to customs restrictions; however, any quality issues will be resolved through mutual agreement.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after inspection and approval by CK Traders.

  • Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for return.

6. Usage Disclaimer

  • Our products are natural food supplements and herbal ingredients, not medicinal drugs.

  • Please consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before use.

  • CK Traders is not liable for health issues caused by misuse, overconsumption, or non-compliance with recommended usage.

7. Documentation & Compliance

  • For export orders, CK Traders will provide all necessary documents:

    • Commercial Invoice

    • Packing List

    • Certificate of Origin

    • Phytosanitary Certificate (if applicable)

    • FSSAI Approval (for food products)

    • Any other documents required as per buyer’s country regulations.

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import laws.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect only the necessary personal and business information for processing and delivering orders.

  • Information will not be shared except as required for logistics, customs clearance, or legal compliance.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All text, graphics, logos, images, and packaging designs belong to CK Traders Organic and Herbs.

  • No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Modifications

  • CK Traders reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
